I have been trying to place an order through the webshop for some time now, but I keep encountering the same problem. It doesn't matter which payment method I select; the ordering process gets stuck at the same point. Once I have filled in my details and reach the payment options, I might choose credit card or PayPal, for example. Then I click the “Place Order” button to complete the purchase. What happens next is that the page seems to load briefly; it only takes one second, and you can see that the order summary on the right refreshes for a moment. However, everything remains the same afterward, and I cannot proceed. No confirmation screen appears, and the payment is not initiated either.
This problem repeats itself with every attempt, regardless of which payment method I select. I have tried checking out with both my credit card and my PayPal account, but in both cases, it gets stuck at the same moment. As a result, I am unable to successfully complete the order and actually purchase the products. It is, of course, frustrating because you expect that after clicking “Place Order,” the payment will be processed, and you will receive a confirmation.
Possible causes that I think of are a technical error in the ordering process of the webshop or a temporary malfunction in the payment system. It could also be that the page does not work properly in the browser I am using or that there is an issue with the stock information of the products I want to purchase. Sometimes a product is displayed as if it is orderable, but later turns out to be out of stock, causing the system to block.
It would be great if this could be resolved quickly. For a customer, it is important that the ordering process runs smoothly and that you can make a purchase without technical obstacles. Therefore, I would like to request that this issue be investigated so that I can complete my order.
