Delivery times and costs

Monday to Friday – Order before 4:00 PM = Shipped the same day

All orders placed before 4:00 PM are shipped the same day with PostNL, DPD or DHL, unless otherwise stated on the product page. For the Netherlands and Belgium, the delivery time is 1–2 business days. 

For all other countries, please refer to the table below

Saturday and Sunday – Shipped the next business day

All orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on Monday.

International Orders (Outside the EU)

For orders shipped outside the European Union, EU VAT is not charged. However, your order may be subject to import VAT, customs duties, and/or handling fees in your destination country. These charges are not included in our prices and must be paid by the recipient. We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

Track & Trace

Once your order has been packed, you will receive a tracking number to follow your shipment.

Haven’t received your package?

Haven’t received your package? Then please check the following

• Check the trackingode
  Check the status of the shipment. It is possible that the delivery service has experienced a delay or that the package has been delivered to a pickup location
  
  

• Check the delivery address
  Is the delivery address you provided correct?
  
  

• Check your mail
  Check if you have received a delivery notice in your mailbox. You may not have been home during the first delivery attempt
