Every VANS snowboard shoe is equipped with a special thermal layer that keeps all the heat you have in your feet where it belongs. Different liners

They work with different liners. Specifically, three different ones. Each shoe has its own qualities, and one is just a bit better than the other. However, all VANS snowboard boots are heat moldable.

• V1 Ultracush is the basic liner, this liner is equipped with a flexible toe box and is completely reshaped using heat.
• V2 Ultracush Smartwool liner is made with merino smartwool, which is soft, fights odor, and keeps your feet drier for longer than a normal liner. Additionally, the V2 liner is equipped with the X-cage. This is an extra bracing around the ankle.
• V3 Ultracush TNF Flashdry liner is the best liner from VANS. Equipped with an improved X-cage brace for the ankle and flashdry fabric developed by The North Face. This fabric behaves like a second skin. This special material almost does not get wet and fights odors. Additionally, the V3 shoe is incredibly easy to mold to your feet.

Closure on your VANS snowboard boots

VANS often collaborates with the well-known BOA closure. This is often in combination with another closure system. There are boots with 1 BOA or with 2 BOAs. Also, there is a different closure designed for each type of shoe. Some with the Custom guide so that the BOA cable conforms to the shape of your foot. Another boot works with 2 closures to adjust the upper and lower separately.

Hybrid closures are a combination of the traditional laces and the “new” BOA system. The best of both worlds!

VANS Infuse

The VANS Infuse is the top model from the collection. The boots are faster, lighter, stronger, and packed with various technical features. For example, the flex of the Infuse can be adjusted using two rods that can be removed when you want to snowboard with more flex in your shoes. This system is called the VANS Flex Control System. Additionally, the snowboard shoe is equipped with a V3 liner. Together with the V2 UltraCush footbed, this provides support, maximum comfort, and top performance.

The shoe closure is easy with the VANS Hybrid Plus BOA system. This system combines traditional lacing with the power of a Boa.

VANS Aura Pro

The VANS Aura Pro is best described with three simple words: Style, Comfort, and Control. These boots are equipped with a double BOA. Also known as Boa Focus. The advantage of a double Boa closure is that you can adjust both the top and bottom of the boots separately. The lightweight V2 Waffleflex outsole and the UltrCush midsole provide a natural flex that improves board feel.

The liner that VANS used in the Aura Pro is a V2 liner. This inner shoe is heat moldable. This means you can warm the shoe with a special hairdryer. After heating, you stand in the snowboard boots, which creates your footprint in the liner.
