Everything about the Yes Pyl
Everything about the Yes Pyl
This board stands out from other tapered snowboards thanks to the innovative Tapered Underbite technology.

Response, stability, and edge grip on every snow condition.

You will be amazed by the unparalleled grip that the PYL offers during hanging turns, giving you the confidence to push your limits.
Yes PYL Uninc.: Discover New Possibilities
The Yes PYL Uninc. is a snowboard that explores new boundaries and is designed by passionate snowboarder David Porcheron. Inspired by his love for surfing, David wanted to create a snowboard that not only embodies his passion for the sport but also reminds him of his second love – surfing – every time he straps in. The unique design of the PYL Uninc. offers extended edge control while maximizing surface area, resulting in a wider shape that enhances overall control.
Innovation and Technology
By integrating Hybrid technology with the big mountain profile of the PYL, Yes has created a snowboard that excels in any terrain. The innovative coreless tail of the PYL Uninc. provides improved sinking ability without sacrificing torsional stiffness. This feature makes deep powder runs effortless while maintaining the board's stiffness for precision and control.
Tapered UnderBite for Exceptional Performance
Another feature of the PYL Uninc. is the Tapered UnderBite, which ensures exceptional directional power and buoyancy. This technology makes the board responsive and easy to maneuver, even in the toughest conditions. The Directional shape and CamRock 1-4-1 profile contribute to the board's versatility, making it suitable for both powder and hard-packed trails.
A Work of Art on the Mountain
The striking board art of the Yes PYL Uninc., designed by James Dalton, embodies David’s Wolf Pack. Inspired by David’s unwavering commitment to family, this design represents unity, protection, and support. Just as close-knit wolf packs stay together and overcome challenges, this board invites you to unleash your inner adventurer and experience the thrill of snowboarding like never before.
The Yes PYL Uninc. is more than a snowboard; it is a symbol of passion, innovation, and family. It invites you to explore the mountains with the spirit of a surfer and the strength of a wolf. Get ready for an unparalleled riding experience with the Yes PYL Uninc.

Technical Specifications
Yes Snowboards was founded by former professional snowboarders who wanted to share their passion for the sport by creating innovative and high-quality snowboards. Their mission is to inspire and support snowboarders worldwide with products that maximize performance and enjoyment.
A real sintered base is harder and more expensive than extruded and it can be faster for those who ride aggressively hard. But to be able to do that, it needs to be well waxed and prepared.
By using poplar wood with a lower density in areas that are not so structural and Paulownia in the areas where that is the case, they can remove precious weight from the beloved 420 and now the 20/20. This helps a board not only to float but also to "feel" like it is floating. As a result, a board not only stays afloat but also "feels" buoyant.
In triax fiberglass, the fiberglass layers are arranged in three different directions: longitudinal, lateral, and diagonal. This oriented placement of the fiberglass layers provides a balanced combination of torsional stiffness, longitudinal flexibility, and responsiveness in the snowboard.
MidBite combines the responsiveness of a narrow waist width with the stability of a wider nose and tail. A long cutout between the bindings creates faster edge-to-edge response, while the wider board width provides better float in powder snow and a stable platform for popping, turning, and landing.
The response of camber with the buoyancy of rocker. By combining camber and rocker, you can make the board both responsive and buoyant.
A directional shape provides improved performance and stability when riding in one direction, especially in freeriding and on powder snow.
