TSG's hardshell helmets are made from durable materials such as ABS or PP plastic. This outer shell is bonded to the EPS core, resulting in a two-piece construction that delivers optimal durability and maximum protection against high impacts.
The Tuned Fit System lets riders adjust their fit using pads of different thicknesses inside the helmet. Each size is supplied in a different color, making it easy to choose the right pads for an optimal fit. Adjusting the helmet with these included pads is essential for comfort and safety.
With the TSG Snug Fit the helmet is designed around a basic anatomical shape so it follows the natural curves of the human head. This creates an internal contact ring where the head touches the helmet all around. The Snug Fit not only provides a better fit but also makes the helmet appear less bulky.
The TSG Low Fit sits low and fully protects the entire back and sides of your head without limiting your field of view or restricting movement. This ensures optimal protection without compromising comfort or style.
Comfort is a priority with 14 ventilation openings and airflow channels, a coated front for added rigidity, comfortable padding in two sizes that is removable and washable, and removable soft ear pads and neck roll for extra warmth and comfort.

With the Tuned Fit system a rider can set their own fit using pads of different thicknesses inside the helmet. TSG helmets are always supplied with two pad sizes. Each size is provided in a different color, making it easy to identify the correct pads to get the helmet to fit the head. It is very important to adjust the helmet with these included pads. If necessary, slightly thicker pads can be mounted at the back of the head and a thinner pad at the front, or vice versa.
