The Altai is built around an asymmetrical upper that seamlessly integrates with Nidecker and Flow strap bindings, eliminating pressure points and ensuring a perfect fit. The Dual Dial BOA® Fit System features textile-coated laces and dual knobs, allowing you to adjust the upper and lower sections of the boot separately for ultimate control and comfort.
Under the boot, our lightweight B.F.T Gravity 2.0 outsole provides impressive cushioning and traction, with a rubber toe for extra grip when walking on ice and rocks. We have optimized the connection between the outsole and the boot using a molded section that we call the Transition Zone, eliminating the usual hard edge to prevent it from getting stuck in the heel cup of your binding.
Inside the Altai is a new heat-moldable Silver liner, allowing you to customize the fit as desired while also being comfortable straight out of the box. The Altai is a boot with medium stiffness, offering sufficient lateral support, making it ideal for digging deep tracks on the piste or floating through the trees with precision. Ready for anything. Designed to withstand. From the park to the podium, H4 withstands the impact of the most demanding snowboarders. The Coiler automatically takes up the slack in the laces, increases the speed of getting into the boot, and provides a precise fit that allows for micro-adjustments.
An extra layer of high-density EVA supports the deep heel cup and the anatomical arch, while more comfortable EVA provides flexibility to the forefoot. A silicone top print provides traction to the fleece-lined footbed.
This liner has been completely redesigned and has no pressure points; the closure occurs via the cuff that is attached to the inside of the shell. This makes the liner easy to put on and take off.
