The Altai is built around an asymmetrical upper that pairs seamlessly with Nidecker and Flow binding straps, eliminating pressure points and guaranteeing a perfect fit. The Dual Dial BOA® Fit System features textile-coated laces and dual dials, allowing you to adjust the upper and lower parts of the boot separately for ultimate control and comfort.
Underfoot, our lightweight B.F.T Gravity 2.0 outsole provides impressive cushioning and traction, with a rubber toe for extra grip when walking on ice and rocks. We optimized the connection between the outsole and the boot using a molded section we call the Transition Zone, eliminating the usual hard edge to prevent it from catching in the heel cup of your binding.
Inside the Altai is a new heat-moldable Silver liner that lets you customize the fit to your liking while still being comfortable straight out of the box. The Altai is a medium-stiffness boot that provides ample lateral support, making it ideal for carving deep lines on the piste or threading precisely through trees. Ready for anything. Built to last. From the park to the podium, H4 stands up to the impacts of the most demanding snowboarders. The Coiler automatically takes up slack in the laces, speeds up stepping into the boot and provides a precise fit that allows micro-adjustments.
An extra layer of high-density EVA supports the deep heel cup and the anatomical arch, while softer EVA provides more flexibility at the forefoot. A silicone top-print gives traction to the fleece-lined footbed.
This liner has been completely redesigned and has no pressure points; closure is achieved via the cuff attached to the inside of the shell. This also makes the liner easy to put on and take off.
