Inspired by the technical demands of polar and mountain expeditions, this boot is packed with innovative features and offers reliable performance from the first lift to the last descent. Comfort is at the heart of the Kita's design, starting with an asymmetrical shape that perfectly fits with our bindings for a natural connection to your snowboard. Where possible, we have welded components at the upper instead of stitching, resulting in a unique seamless construction that is much more water-resistant. Additionally, we have added a sturdy TPU protection called ArmourTech to the front of the boot, which protects your toes when maneuvering between rocks.
Dual Dial BOA® Fit System
The Dual Dial BOA® Fit System features a specially developed External Heel Lock, which is operated via the tongue dial, to keep your foot securely in place. The lower part of the boot can be tightened with the lateral dial. Inside the midsole, there are two EVA components for enhanced cushioning, and the B.F.T Vibram Approach outsole benefits from an Icetrek rubber compound for unprecedented grip. Our new Transition Zone technology seamlessly connects this outsole with the Exo Spine, which accelerates responsiveness and prevents damage to the back of the boot when stepping in and out of the bindings.
With the high-quality Gold Wrap Liner, comfort and support are guaranteed from the moment you put on the boot - and of course, it is fully heat moldable for a customized fit.
