At Nidecker we proudly set a new standard for all-mountain snowboard boots with the Nidecker Kita. Inspired by the technical demands of polar and mountain expeditions, this boot is packed with innovative features and delivers dependable performance from the first lift to the last run. Comfort is central to the Kita's design, starting with an asymmetrical shape that pairs perfectly with our bindings for a natural connection to your snowboard. Wherever possible we welded components at the upper instead of sewing them, resulting in a unique seamless construction that is far more water-resistant. We also added a robust TPU guard called ArmourTech to the front of the boot to protect your toes when negotiating rocks.
Dual Dial BOA® Fit System
The Dual Dial BOA® Fit System includes a specially developed External Heel Lock, operated via the tongue actuator, to keep your foot firmly in place. The lower part of the boot is tightened with the lateral dial. The midsole houses two EVA components for improved cushioning, and the B.F.T Vibram Approach outsole benefits from an Icetrek rubber compound for unprecedented grip. Our new Transition Zone technology seamlessly links this sole to the Exo Spine, speeding up response and preventing damage to the back of the boot when stepping in and out of bindings.
With the premium Gold Wrap Liner comfort and support are guaranteed the moment you step into the boot — and of course it is fully heat-moldable for a custom fit. Ready for anything. Built to last. From the park to the podium, H4 withstands the impact of the most demanding snowboarders. The Coiler automatically takes up lace slack, increases the speed of entry into the boot and provides a precise fit that allows micro-adjustments.
An advanced anatomical shape in comfortable EVA material with premium EVA support for the deep heel and foot arch, and a special high-rebound EVA that cushions the heel. A silicone top layer provides grip on the fleece-lined footbed.
Wrap-style asymmetrical shape to prevent pressure points, improve flex control and make entry and exit easier. The Custom Flex Zones give your toes room for warmth. Extra PU is used for lateral stiffness and efficient power transfer between the liner and the shell.
