Jones bindings offer adjustable damping and response by switching between Surf Mode and Freeride Mode. With Surf Mode, you can tweak harder, while Freeride Mode keeps you locked in for maximum response.
The NOW Skate Tech system works like a skateboard truck and enhances board control while reducing foot fatigue by transferring energy directly from the binding to the edges of the board through a dynamic design.

The new Jones Equinox binding is designed for the all-mountain rider who seeks a stable and comfortable snowboard binding with a medium flex. The Equinox delivers precise response thanks to the SKATETECH technology that transfers your energy directly to the edges of the board. Additionally, the Dynamic Flex Highback provides a perfect mix of responsiveness and comfort. The highback is nice and stiff in the center for excellent support and softer on the sides for friendly maneuverability. Like its bigger brother, this binding can be set to surf mode or freeride mode by changing the bushing and flipping the straps. The surf mode offers maximum "tweak" capability. The freeride mode provides maximum response.
Smooth pressure distribution through NOW Skate Tech
The snowboard bindings from Jones are equipped with Now Skate Tech. A unique system that utilizes a hinge in the center of the binding. This allows for smooth pressure distribution from the toe and heel side of the binding onto the snowboard.
The Jones Equinox can be easily mounted on any snowboard using the included 4x4 discs, which can also be mounted on a Burton board with a channel.
