The Galaxy mitt features a high-quality GORE-TEX ePE insert with Gore Warm technology, combining warmth and waterproofing. Thanks to this membrane you’re fully protected against snow, wet conditions and cold wind — while your hands stay dry and comfortable in any conditions. PrimaLoft® Gold insulation (100% recycled polyester, 50/230 g) provides reliable warmth without unnecessary bulk, so you retain optimal freedom of movement.
The exterior is made from a combination of durable goat leather and 4-way stretch soft shell (94% nylon, 6% spandex) with a PFC-free DWR finish. This makes the mitt water-repellent, breathable and extremely hard-wearing. The 100% goat leather palm also delivers excellent grip and added durability, essential for long, intense days in the snow.
Inside, the soft lining of 64% wool, 20% polyester and 16% nylon (360 g) provides a warm, natural feel that effectively wicks moisture and offers comfort even during extended use. The mitt features an adjustable Velcro wrist strap for a snug fit and a removable wrist leash to prevent loss during a fast descent or lift ride.
