For superior warmth, the Dakine Women's Excursion Gloves feature PrimaLoft® Gold insulation, composed of 55% recycled polyester and 45% polyester. This insulation is available in 170g for the glove and 230g for the mitten version, ensuring your fingers stay comfortably warm even in the iciest environments. Combined with a 360g wool-blend lining (64% wool, 20% polyester, 16% nylon), these gloves provide a cozy refuge for your hands amid winter cold.
The palm of the Dakine Women's Excursion Gloves is made from durable, water-repellent 100% goat leather, ensuring long-lasting use and superior performance. The shell combines a 4-way stretch softshell and leather (41% goat leather, 41% nylon, 10% polyester, 8% elastane) treated with a DWR (Durable Water Repellent) finish, enhancing the overall durability and weather resistance of these gloves.
Featuring an easy-to-use cuff closure adjustable with hook-and-loop, the Dakine Women's Excursion Gloves provide a secure, customizable fit. Simple to put on and take off, they offer convenience without sacrificing functionality.
To extend the life of your Dakine leather gloves, hand wash them with mild soap and warm water. Gently press out excess water before hanging them to dry; avoid using a heater or dryer. For optimal water-repellency maintenance, Dakine recommends treating your gloves with Nikwax. Note that Nikwax may alter the color of the leather, so test on a small area first before applying to the entire glove. Apply Nikwax over all leather parts and repeat the process every 30 days and after washing for continued protection against the elements.
