This year, the gauntlet-length Scout Glove receives an upgraded shell and insulation, specially designed for durability, complemented by the enhanced warmth of a soft fleece Storm Liner glove for extra protection and versatility. With the liner inserted, it is equipped for particularly cold days. Wear it without the liner when it gets warmer, or even use the liner alone - with the added benefit of touchscreen compatibility. The DWR-treated nylon/poly shell is waterproof and durable, while the tough Rubbertec palm enhances grip and minimizes wear, and the DK Dry™ waterproof insert adds an extra layer of protection.
The DK Dry™ waterproof and breathable insert provides reliable protection against the elements, while the Hi Loft insulation (50% recycled polyester, 50% polyester) offers warmth without extra weight. Whether you’re dealing with powder snow or wet conditions, the Scout Glove stands strong.
The Rubbertec palm, made from 100% non-PVC material, not only improves grip but also increases durability, making the glove withstand intensive use. The 150g Tricot lining (100% polyester) adds an extra layer of comfort, while the adjustable One Hand Cinch gauntlet closure allows for easy adjustment and seals against snow and wind.
One of the standout features of the Scout Glove is the removable Storm Liner Glove. This glove, made from touchscreen-compatible 280g 4-way stretch fleece (100% polyester), adds extra warmth on cold days while providing the flexibility to wear it separately for increased dexterity.
Maintaining Dakine non-leather gloves is simple. They can be machine washed. Gently press out excess water before hanging them to dry. It is advised not to turn the gloves inside out during cleaning. Preferably let them dry at room temperature, avoiding heat sources or dryers to prevent damage to the materials.
