This year the Scout Glove in gauntlet length receives an upgraded shell and insulation designed for long-lasting use, complemented by the added warmth of a soft fleece Storm Liner glove for extra protection and versatility. With the liner inserted it’s ready for very cold days. Wear it without the liner when it gets warmer, or even use the liner on its own — with the added benefit of touchscreen compatibility. The DWR-treated nylon/poly shell is waterproof and durable, the sturdy Rubbertec palm improves grip and minimizes wear, and the DK Dry™ waterproof insert adds an extra layer of protection.
The DK Dry™ waterproof and breathable insert provides reliable protection from the elements, while the Hi Loft insulation (50% recycled polyester, 50% polyester) delivers warmth without extra weight. Whether you're facing powder or wet conditions, the Scout Glove stands up to the challenge.
The Rubbertec palm, made from 100% non-PVC material, not only improves grip but also increases durability, making the glove resistant to heavy use. The 150g tricot lining (100% polyester) adds an extra layer of comfort, while the adjustable One Hand Cinch gauntlet closure allows easy adjustment and seals out snow and wind.
One standout feature of the Scout Glove is the removable Storm Liner Glove. This liner, made from touchscreen-compatible 280g 4-way stretch fleece (100% polyester), adds extra warmth on cold days while also offering the flexibility to wear it separately for greater dexterity.
Care for Dakine non-leather gloves is simple. They are machine washable. Gently squeeze out excess water before hanging them to dry. It is not recommended to turn the gloves inside out during cleaning. Preferably let them dry at room temperature and avoid using a heater or dryer to prevent damage to the materials.
