The SUPERDRIVE™ base material belongs to the category of sintered-pressed bases that combine advantages of both sintered and extruded bases. These bases use the production techniques of extruded base material, but higher pressure and temperature increase surface hardness to levels approaching most sintered bases. This improves durability and surface strength, resulting in a base that is tougher during jibbing and ripping on the mountain while requiring little maintenance and offering a carefree lifespan.
