The EST edition provides a smoother feel and easier ollies, while balanced cushioning offers excellent control and a comfortable connection with the board.
The Burton Cartel EST is one of the most popular bindings in the medium stiffness segment. With above-average stiffness, this is a high-performance binding. The binding is made from a lightweight and very strong combination of nylon and Short Glass composite material, providing direct power transfer. There is also good cushioning underfoot, ensuring comfort on rough terrain and during landings in the park. The straps are minimalist and fit perfectly around any snowboard boot. They are barely noticeable and do not create pressure points. The highback is not too tall and has a rounded shape, which does not restrict your lateral movements. The easily adjustable forward lean ensures the right position against your boot. There is also special padding for extra cushioning and grip of your boot during toe turns. The binding is well adjustable in all dimensions and has not changed since last season. There are various nice colors available to perfectly match your new or existing snowboard.
