Everything about the Bataleon Goliath
Everything about the Bataleon Goliath
The Goliath is the board with which the 3D revolution began. In this latest shape update, we have improved the edge capabilities of the Goliath without sacrificing anything that makes this board so fun to ride.

The heart of every Bataleon is a combination of 3BT™ and positive camber. It is an innovative solution to the profile puzzle that minimizes the chance of edge grip without sacrificing ollie power or carve performance. From this starting point, we refine every element based on the desired riding style of the board.

The Goliath is perfectly balanced to excel in all conditions. The harmony between freestyle agility and freeride power is ideal for solid riders who want one board that can do it all.

Our standard sintered base that is durable and fast - and even faster when you wax it.
A 70/30 Paulownia and poplar mix that offers great strength relative to weight.
This is our urethane reinforced sidewall technology. ShockWalls make your ride smoother and are more shock-resistant.
Triple fiberglass weave is light, strong, and incredibly responsive. We use this to enhance the flex of the more aggressive boards.
Camber profiles are defined from low to high. A higher camber results in more dynamic boards that need to be ridden more aggressively for maximum performance. Boards with a lower camber are softer at lower speeds and in powder. All camber profiles run from nose to tail. Higher is not always better...
A snowboard with a symmetrical outline and flex, but with a slightly shifted setback binding position.
