One of the most striking features of the Yes Optimistic is the aggressive sidecut and the innovative UnderBite technology. The UnderBite technology enhances edge grip and turn initiation, allowing you to carve effortlessly and powerfully. The result? A snowboard that is ready to tackle anything.
The 2-4-2 Camber profile of the Yes Optimistic is a masterpiece in itself. It offers a hybrid rocker/camber construction with a subtle rocker in the tip and camber between the bindings. This makes the Yes Optimistic suitable for any situation, whether you want to explore deep powder or tackle technical descents.
The width and taper of the Yes Optimistic give the board a surfboard-like feel on the snow. This means you can effortlessly "float" through the powder, providing an unmatched experience on the mountain. Moreover, if you ride this board slightly shorter than average, you can harness even more versatility from it, giving you the freedom to ride it however you like.
Essentially, the Yes Optimistic is not just any snowboard; it's an invitation to elevate your snowboarding experience to new heights. "Rail it, float it, send it" - this board is ready to take on any adventure. So what are you waiting for? Jump on the Yes Optimistic and be amazed by the possibilities it offers on the mountain.

A real sintered base is harder and more expensive than extruded and it can be faster for those who ride aggressively. But to be able to do that, it needs to be well-waxed and prepared.
Lively Poplar and Paulownia core where two channels are then milled about 30 mm from the edges that run parallel to and correspond with the dimensions of the sidecut. Pre-curved bamboo stringers wrapped in carbon are placed in these channels. The end result is a highly responsive core that perfectly matches the contours of each board.
Biaxial fiberglass used in snowboards provides flexibility and responsiveness, allowing snowboarders to experience a more playful ride. It is ideal for freestyle riders and beginners due to its forgiveness and torsional stiffness.
The UnderBite edge design redistributes the rider's weight, improves turning ease and edge grip by creating notches in the binding area. These notches reduce the surface area of the edge that comes into contact with the snow while turning, which increases the pressure on the edge and concentrates your weight/energy on the areas that initiate, hold, and release turns.
The responsiveness of camber with the float of rocker. By combining camber and rocker, you can make the board both responsive and floaty.
A directional shape provides improved performance and stability when riding in one direction, especially in freeride and powder snow.
