The new directional shape and progressive width provide more float and surface for turns, sprays, and stomping, while the high kick in the tail allows for effortless switch pow riding.
The specific mix of Trüe Camber, Reflex Core Profile, and Diamond Band provides natural flex and board support; Nitro is known for allowing you to get the most out of any situation with this board.
The Nitro Alternator x Hailey is an all-mountain powerhouse for ladies — co-developed with freeride star Hailey Langland — that combines effortless float, responsive control, and aggressive performance in one versatile board.
Thanks to the directional shape, you experience stability and buoyancy, both going forward and switch, while the Trüe Camber ensures maximum pop and precision. The Reflex Core Profile enhances torsional stiffness, resulting in better control during turns. The Mid-Wide width provides ample platform for most boot sizes without your toes or heels scraping too quickly.
The Dual Degressive sidecut provides a playful and forgiving feel — the smaller radius in the center, combined with larger radii in the tip and tail, makes the ride looser yet stable. For speed and durability, the base is constructed with Sintered Speed Formula II base, while the recycled steel edges ensure strong, eco-friendly grip.
The Bi-Lite laminates deliver a perfect mix of strength and forgiveness. The core — the Powerlite Core — consists of lightweight poplar wood that provides pop and liveliness without extra weight. The ABS sidewalls are flexible and impact-resistant, and with carbon tape beneath the core, responsiveness is further enhanced.
Also in terms of sustainability, this Nitro scores high: it is produced with 100% solar energy, has an FSC-certified wood core, uses water-based inks, and employs recycled materials, including steel for the edges.
