Pro model by Max Warbington with a significantly stiff flex. You can safely call this an advanced freestyle board. The construction is hybrid C2 with an asymmetric design. In practice, you can easily turn on this board and comfortably hit kickers on the heel side edges.*Magne traction, grip in all conditions *Asymmetrical sidecut and effective edge *Sintered base, fast and absorbs wax well *super eco-friendly produced
Type: All-mountain / Freestyle snowboard
Flex: 6 (out of 10)
Profile: C2X
To give the all-terrain boards a perfectly balanced profile, Lib Tech developed the C2 shape together with Travis Rice. A mild rocker between your feet with a powerful camber at the tip and tail. Enough pop for the park, precision for the best lines, and float to go wild in the powder. The C2e variation has a slightly more playful profile, while the C2x offers even more precision.
Shape: True Twin Asym
In a True Twin, the core is perfectly symmetrical, so it doesn't matter whether you go down left front or right front; the board feels the same. True Twin is perfect for people who ride a lot switch or do tricks that involve turning, as the board feel remains consistent during landings. Due to the asymmetric shape, the heelside turns and toeside turns have different turning radii. This makes heelside turns a bit easier and toeside turns even more enjoyable.
Core: Aspen / Paulownia
The G2 Eco core from Lib Tech mainly consists of Aspen wood. To make the snowboard lighter, there are 2 large strips of Paulownia wood in the core.
Topsheet fiberglass: Tri-Ax/Bi-Ax Fiber
The Tri-Ax fiberglass layer provides extra pop, and the Bi-Ax fiberglass layer ensures extra direct power transfer from the bindings to the steel edges.
Top: Eco-Sublimated Poly Top
Base: Eco-Sublimated Sintered
A sintered base gives you the best glide performance. Having to take off your bindings or walk on a path will happen much less often because this base just wants to keep going. The base consists of small plastic pellets that are pressed together, leaving air pockets where wax can penetrate. However, you will need to wax a sintered base more often, but if you do this well, you will notice the difference! Especially in warmer conditions, you will continue to glide, while a extruded base will create a vacuum that slows it down.
Sidewalls: UHMW
UHMW is one of the strongest thermoplastic plastics available right now. This ensures that you don't have to repair your board every time you hit a box, rail, or skis.
Edge: Magne-Traction
If you've ever ridden on ice, you know how quickly you can lose control. Magne-Traction cuts through ice and hard snow with 7 waves in the edge. Simply put, your edge bites into the ice instead of cutting, just like a serrated knife does in bread. But on normal snow on the slope, it provides control and edge hold that gives you the confidence to maintain speed. You will especially feel this in turns where you apply power or during carving.
