Everything about the Bataleon Disaster+
Everything about the Bataleon Disaster+
The Disaster+ is one of the lightest, fastest, and most responsive jib boards on the market.

The heart of every Bataleon is a combination of 3BT™ and positive camber. It is an innovative solution to the profile puzzle that minimizes the chance of edge catch without compromising ollie power or carve performance. From this starting point we refine each element based on the desired riding style of the board.

Bataleon has packed the boards full of high-end materials that you normally only find on freeride and all-mountain boards, giving riders a unique freestyle experience.
Meet the Bataleon Disaster+
The Bataleon Disaster+ is built for riders who want to own the park and slay every rail, box and sidehit with maximum style and control. This isn’t a standard snowboard, but a pure jib machine that makes freestyle riding more fun, lighter and more creative from your very first run.
Thanks to the well-known Triple Base Technology™ (3BT™) and SideKick™, the Disaster+ feels extremely forgiving. Edge catches are minimized, making it easier to balance on rails, turn more smoothly and try new Tricks without stress. The soft flex of about 4/10 makes the board super pressable and playful — perfect for butters, presses and creative ground Tricks.
What really sets the Disaster+ apart is the premium construction you usually only see on more expensive all-mountain boards. The lightweight wood core with beechwood stringers provides extra pop and stiffness around the inserts, so you always get that explosive ollie when you need it. The carbon reinforcements give the board a bit of extra snap without making it stiffer or less playful. That keeps the board lively and responsive, exactly what you want in the park.
Even at speed the Disaster+ surprises for a jib board. The fast sintered base glides smoothly over rails, landings and flat spots, while the urethane sidewalls dampen vibrations for more control on landings and hard impacts. The true twin shape makes switch riding feel completely natural, which is essential for progression in freestyle riding.
The Disaster+ is designed for snowboarders who want to play in the park every day, try new Tricks and develop their style without being limited by their board. It’s light, playful and still strong enough to support you during intensive park sessions.
Ready to shred rails, ride buttery lines and approach every feature your own way? Then the Bataleon Disaster+ is precisely the snowboard that will take your freestyle game to the next level.

With a strong focus on precision, performance, and quality, Bataleon Snowboards is a leading brand that provides snowboarders of all levels with the tools to push their limits and dominate the mountain.
A premium, 7000-grade sintered base, reserved for our high-end models. By packing more molecules into the P-tex, it's super strong and can go in any direction.
Our lightest core has an 80/20 mix of Paulownia and poplar wood for the ultimate feather-light response.
This is our urethane-reinforced sidewall technology. ShockWalls make your ride smoother and are more resistant to impacts.
A triple fiberglass weave is light, strong and insanely responsive. They use this to reinforce the flex of the more aggressive boards.
Camber profiles are defined from low to high. A higher camber results in more dynamic boards that require more aggressive riding for maximum performance. Boards with a lower camber are softer at lower speeds and in powder. All camber profiles run from nose to tail. Higher is not always better...
The true twin shape ensures that the snowboard is symmetrical in terms of shape and flex, making riding in both directions equally comfortable and responsive.
