Delivery times and costs
Monday to Friday - Ordered before 16:00 = shipped the same day
All orders placed before 16:00 are shipped the same day with PostNL – DPD or DHL, unless otherwise stated on the product page. For the Netherlands and Belgium, delivery time is 1–2 business days.
If during checkout no choice can be made between different carriers, the package will be sent as a letterbox package via PostNL (within the Netherlands only).
Saturday and Sunday - Shipped the next business day
All orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on Monday.

Pick up order in store
Prefer to pick up your order in our store? Place your order in our webshop and choose the PICK UP option. You can collect your order the next business day and on Saturday in our store. Check our customer service for current opening hours.

Once the order has been packed, you will receive a track & trace code to follow your order.

Package not received?
If you have not received your package, please check the following things.
- Check the track & trace code
See what the status of the shipment is. It is possible that the delivery service has experienced a delay or that the package has been delivered to a pickup point.
- Check the delivery address
Is the delivery address you provided correct? - Check your mail
Check whether you have received a note in your mailbox from the courier. Perhaps you were not at home during the first delivery attempt.
If the package has still not arrived, please contact our customer service.
