Delivery Times
Monday to Friday
All orders placed before 16:00 will be shipped the same day with PostNL – DPD or DHL. For the Netherlands and Belgium, a delivery time of 1-2 working days applies.
If it is not possible to choose between different carriers during checkout, the package will be sent as a letterbox package via PostNL. (within the Netherlands only)
Saturday and Sunday
All orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on Monday

Picking Up Orders in Store
Would you prefer to pick up your order in our store? Then place your order in our webshop and choose the PICK UP option. You can pick up the order the next working day and Saturday in our store. Check our customer service for the current opening hours.

Once the order is packed, you will receive a track & trace code to follow your order.
Package Not Received
If you have not received your package, please check the following.
- Check the track & trace code
See here what the status of the shipment is. It is possible that the delivery service has been delayed or that the package has been delivered to a parcel shop.
- Check the delivery address
Is the delivery address you provided correct? - Check your mail
Check if you have received a note in your mailbox from the courier. Maybe you were not at home during the first attempt.
If the package has still not arrived, please contact our customer service.
Exchanges and Returns (Netherlands & Belgium)
Exchanging or returning is of course no problem. If the product does not meet your expectations, you can of course send it back. Let us know within 30 days that you want to return your order. It helps us if you indicate why you are returning the product. After you have informed us that you want to return your order, you have 15 days to send the product back to us.

- Returns are possible after you have cancelled the order within 30 days of receipt.
- After cancelling the order, you have another 15 days to send the item back.
- The item has not been used, is complete, unworn, or damaged.
Trying on an item is of course no problem
- Original labels and tags are still attached to the item.
- The item is still in the original box or packaging.
- The costs for returning are for your account
- The package must be sent back sufficiently stamped. If the package is received with insufficient postage, we will charge the costs.
- If you return the entire order, you will receive a refund of the shipping costs paid to us.
Return Costs
We charge €3.95 for return costs, which will be deducted from the total refundable amount. The costs for returning your order will automatically be deducted from the purchase amount. If you return your entire order, the shipping costs paid during the order placement at €3.95 for the original shipment will be refunded.
If you wish to exchange an item, we advise you to contact us directly. We can then reserve the item for you to prevent it from being ordered or sold in the meantime.

Returns from outside the EU
When returning an order from a country outside the EU, previously paid import duties and customs fees cannot be refunded. In some cases, it may be possible to reclaim these costs through customs. Please check with your carrier or the customs authority for conditions and procedures. The shipping costs for returns are at your own expense.

If you are returning an order from outside the EU, please note that we cannot refund any import or customs charges that have already been paid. In some cases, it may be possible to reclaim these charges through your local customs office. We recommend contacting them directly for further information.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Please attach a CN22 or CN23 export form to the outside of the package.

Make sure to inform the carrier that the shipment is a return. Your carrier can
advise you on how to arrange this.

Clearly mention on the shipping invoice and/or the package:
“ RETURN SHIPMENT FOR ECOMMERCE ORDER WITH UPS/DHL/DPD +
[the original UPS/DHL/DPD tracking number].”.

Clearly state on the package: “Customs code 604 – Return Goods - full
exemption”.

Include a copy of the original invoice and cross out any items that are not
being returned.

Packages for which we are charged import duties will either be refused or the
duties will be passed on to you.
Information about the export form
CN22 and CN23 export forms
If you are returning an order from outside the EU, you must use a CN22 or CN23 customs declaration form. This form can be obtained from your chosen carrier. Below is a list of forms used by the most common carriers. If your carrier is not listed, please contact them directly, as most carriers make these forms available on their website.
These forms are only required for returns from outside the EU. If you are returning an order from within the EU, you do not need to complete a CN22 or CN23 form.
Whether you need to use a CN22 or a CN23 form depends on the value and weight of the returned items. Please refer to your carrier’s website for the applicable limits.
On the CN form, make sure to tick the box “Returned goods” or “Return shipment via e-commerce”.
The completed form must be attached to the outside of the parcel.
If the CN form is not completed correctly, import duties may be charged to us. Any such charges will be deducted from your refund.
In addition, you may be required to attach or upload a commercial invoice. You can use the invoice you received from us after completing your purchase.

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order up to 30 days after receipt without giving any reason. After this notification, you have another 15 days to actually return the product. You will then be credited the full order amount including shipping costs. These costs are approximately €6.95 per package, please consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product should be returned to the entrepreneur with all supplied accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, you can contact us at [email protected]. We will then refund the due order amount within 2 days after receiving your return, provided the product has been received back in good order.
