The helmets come standard with two sizes of pads, each in a different color, making it easy to choose the right pads and perfectly adjust the helmet to your head. A good adjustment with these included pads is essential for ultimate comfort and safety.
TSG designs helmets differently from the competition by analyzing and following a basic anatomical shape, accurately following the contours of the human head shape. This results in a TSG Snug Fit, where the sides of the helmet have more curve and clearly taper inward. This creates a contact ring inside the helmet, where the head makes contact all around. In addition to the better fit, our helmets with Snug Fit look less bulky.
The TSG Trophy 2.0 helmet features a hardshell construction, with the outer shell made from ABS or PP plastic bonded to the EPS core. This ensures a durable and ultimate impact-resistant two-part construction that meets high safety standards.

Hardshell helmets are made from ABS or PP plastic. This outer shell is glued to the EPS core for a two-piece construction that provides high durability and ultimate protection against heavy impacts.
With the Tuned Fit system, a rider can adjust their fit using pads of different thicknesses inside the helmet. TSG helmets always come with two sizes of pads. Each size comes in a different color, making it easy to determine the right pads to fit the helmet on the head. It is very important to adjust the helmet with these included pads. If necessary, for example, the slightly thicker pads can be mounted on the back of the head while the pad for the front of the head can be thinner, or vice versa.
