The Altai is built around an asymmetrical upper that seamlessly fits with Nidecker and Flow binding straps, eliminating pressure points and ensuring a perfect fit. The Dual Dial BOA® Fit System is equipped with textile-coated laces and dual dials, allowing you to adjust the upper and lower part of the boot separately for ultimate control and comfort.
Under the boot, our lightweight B.F.T Gravity 2.0 outsole provides impressive cushioning and traction, with a rubber toe for extra grip when walking over ice and rocks. We have optimized the connection between the outsole and the boot using a molded section we call the Transition Zone, eliminating the usual hard edge to prevent it from getting stuck in the heel cup of your binding.
Inside the Altai is a new heat-moldable Silver liner, allowing you to customize the fit as desired, but also comfortable right out of the box. The Altai is a boot with medium stiffness and offers sufficient lateral support, making it ideal for digging deep turns on the piste or floating accurately through the trees. Ready for anything. Designed to withstand. From the park to the podium, H4 withstands the impact of the most demanding snowboarders. The Coiler automatically takes up the slack in the laces, increases the speed of stepping into the boot, and offers a precise fit that allows for micro-adjustments.
An extra layer of high-density EVA supports the deep heel cup and the anatomical arch, while more comfortable EVA provides greater flexibility at the forefoot. A silicone top print gives traction to the fleece-lined footbed.
This liner has been completely redesigned and has no pressure points; the closure is done via the cuff that is attached to the inside of the shell. As a result, the liner is also easy to put on and take off.
